Controlling requests

Genuz provides a specific area to manage all access requests to Analytics, both sent and received.

Accessing Requests

1. In the application header, click on the profile menu

2. Select the "Access Requests" option

Viewing Requests

On the requests page, you can see:

• Requests you have sent

• Requests you have received

• Request status:

  • Approved

  • Pending

  • Rejected

  • Canceled

Managing Received Requests

When you receive a new request, it will be displayed as shown below:

Response Options

Click the three-dot icon to access the options:

• Approve

• Reject

Rejecting a Request

When rejecting a request, you must provide the reason for rejection:

Approving a Request

1. Click "Approve"

2. In the sidebar that opens:

   • If needed, select the RLS (Row-Level Security) from the dropdown

   • Multiple RLS can be selected

3. Click "Send" to confirm the approval

After approval, the user will have immediate access to the Analytic with the configured RLS permissions.
