Viewing reports

This guide will show you how to access and interact with Analytics available in your catalog.

Opening an Analytic

1. In your catalog, locate the desired Analytic

2. Click the "Open" button

Full Screen Mode

For an enhanced viewing experience, you can expand the report:

1. Locate the "Increase view" button in the top right corner

2. Click to remove the header and maximize the Power BI viewing area

Analytic Information

There are two ways to access detailed information about the Analytic:

• Click the information button located at the top of the screen

• Or use the "View info" button available in the catalog

Both options will display the same details about the selected Analytic.

Viewing Analytic Details

Before requesting access, you can check detailed information about the Analytic.

Accessing Information

1. In the Store, locate the Analytic of interest

2. Click the "View info" button or the information icon

Available Information

In the details panel, you can view:

• Analytic name

• Type

• Current version

• Curator

• Description

• Images (previews)

• Possible ratings in the "Ratings" tab

• Number of permitted users

• Related terms in the "Relationships" tab
